The agency supported Up in the redesign of its main communication tool for the cooperative’s employee members. In a context of transformation, it was important to re-mobilize the internal and affirm the validity of Up’s economic and political model :

  • A new name that reflects this ambition and objective and expresses its profound nature: committed.
  • An inclusive writing for a group that has always defended gender parity.
  • A square format that recalls one of Up’s strong identity markers.

The editorial organization relies on the 4 cultural fundamentals defined by the group to support its transformation.
