OECD
A people-powered initiative by the OECD
the issues at stake
New technologies are disrupting the labour market around the world. For some of us, they allow more productivity at work, for others they are synonymous with growing inequalities.
A collaborative OECD initiative
With its campaign “I am the Future of Work”, the OECD seeks to contribute to a fairer future of work. It is by gathering citizens’ views and ideas on work, and by promoting debate between actors from different sectors and countries on the solutions to be implemented that the OECD seeks to build a better world of work for all.
The stakes :
How can the OECD’s approach be given maximum visibility among the general public internationally ?
How can we encourage as many citizens as possible to share their testimony ?

bearideas' solution
The result of a collaboration with the MYOP agency, the campaign carried out by bearideas features the testimonies of 16 people from 5 countries on their vision of the future of work.
On the program:
- Events bringing together professionals, students and citizens
- A photo exhibition featuring the 16 testimonies collected (organized by the MYOP agency)
- An online platform to develop each testimony and allow as many people as possible to add their voice to the debate
key results
Within a few weeks, hundreds of contributions from citizens around the world were collected on the platform.
The campaign was also showcased during the OECD Forum.
Visible involvement, which legitimizes the OECD’s approach to the general public while strengthening the credibility of its recommendations with governments.
