In this time of crisis, we too are trying, in our own way and on our own scale, to contribute to the general solidarity effort.

And if our mobilization can make it possible, beyond accompanying you in these difficult times, to support projects and commitments likely to move society forward, we will have the feeling that we have fulfilled our mission a little more.

a tribute to the Abbé Pierre

On Sunday, January 22, 2007, the abbé Pierre left us for “his great holidays”.

Ten years later, the 19,000 actors of the Emmaüs movement are involved in celebrating its founder’s spirit of resistance, defending his legacy and continuing his struggle for solidarity and social justice.

A 10 year anniversary built around a strong communication, brand and engagement concept :

Engaging both the internal and external heirs of l'abbé Pierre

The cornerstone of the whole operation, along with the key event of January 22nd, was the launch of oncontinue.fr.

An immersive and modern web platform consisting of four categories:

Dix ans, dix voix: abbé Pierre’s heirs pay tribute to the founder of Emmaüs by reading his most important speeches

L’abbé, 10 ans déjà: His life and struggles…

Emmaüs, toujours agir: The blog of Emmaüs’s initiatives and news

Programme 2017: Everything you need to know about the celebrations taking place in France

Finally, all of the Emmaüs communities were provided with a “history” poster, focused on decades of the abbé Pierre’s fights and commitments.

A guidelines manual and a set of goodies and templates allowed every communities to customize their own print and digital material to celebrate the 10 year anniversary of l’abbé.

Celebration day is over, but the struggle goes on…
